Michael A. Boin, MD
Dr. Boin is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and a fellowship-trained shoulder and elbow specialist. He completed his fellowship at the prestigious NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases where he was trained in the most innovative surgical techniques by world-renowned surgeons. He treats all conditions of the shoulder and elbow and has special interests in complex and revision shoulder replacement and rotator cuff surgery. During his time in Ohio, he was a team physician for Division 1 athletes of Wright State University. He has published numerous articles in medical journals, written textbook chapters, and has won multiple awards for his research. He gives instructional and research presentations to orthopedic surgeons across the nation. He has recently been named one of the top 5 surgeons in Kansas City and one of the top 3 orthopedic surgeons in the Northland.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He loves staying active and working out in his garage gym. He is a fan of the Chiefs, Royals and Tigers.
