Jon P. Hedgecock, M.D.
Dr. Jon Packard Hedgecock, M.D. is from Lincoln, Nebraska and is joining Orthopedic Health of Kansas City as a fellowship trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon. He completed his undergraduate education at Vanderbilt University and medical school at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He went on to complete residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Rochester in New York followed by a fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine at the University of Connecticut. While in fellowship he helped provide care to sports teams at UCONN as well as other local colleges and high schools. He specializes in the treatment of injuries and conditions of the knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and ankle, including arthroscopy, reconstructive procedures, and cartilage restoration. Dr. Hedgecock is married with one child and enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and watching sports.
