Dr. Elliott Voss is a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon, with expertise in fracture care, joint replacement surgery, and fractures around prior joint replacements. Additionally, he cares for patients with complications from prior injuries including nonunion, malunion, infection, and post-traumatic arthritis.

He earned undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Missouri, and he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Wake Forest in North Carolina. He then completed an additional year of trauma subspecialty training at OrthoIndy, where he gained experience managing complex fractures including periprosthetic (around implants), periarticular (around joints), pelvic, and acetabular fractures.

He is a member of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, Orthopedic Trauma Association, and AO North America. He has published several peer-reviewed journal articles and presented his research at local and national conferences. He is credentialed at several local hospitals including Research Medical Center, Centerpoint Medical Center, North Kansas City Hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital, and AdventHealth Shawnee.

Dr. Voss was born and raised in Kansas City, so he is grateful for the opportunity to care for patients in his hometown. He lives locally with his wife, daughter, dog, and two cats.
